Forever Young - Cancellation Policy
Giovane Meds strives for 100% customer satisfaction. We offer the Forever Young program to make it easy for you to sample and use our products.
If for ANY reason you decide that you would like to retire from the Forever Young Program:
During Free Trial Period:
- call us at 888.333.8629 to obtain a RMA#
- return the unused portion to us:

If we receive the unused portion before the end of your 30 day trial period, you will NEVER be charged for the product. In the event that the return occurs after the 30 day period, you will receive store credit to apply toward the purchase of any product we sell.
During Forever Young Term:
- Send us a letter describing your reasons for leaving the program. You must include a phone number where you can be reached during business hours. Please address the letter to :

You will be contacted within 48 hour of receipt of your letter to confirm and finalize the process, and to address any customer service needs you may require.
